Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 350 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Grains Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups cooking cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more to serve
Instructions
- First, cook the pasta in salted water, bring to boil until al dente.
- Coat the shrimp with 1 tbsp of Grains cajun seasoning.
- Heat one tbsp oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp and saute for a couple of minutes per side, or until the shrimp is no longer translucent.
- Remove the shrimps from the skillet and cover it.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter with the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the cooking cream, add 1 tbsp cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese.
- Bring to a simmer then reduce the heat and continue 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the shrimp and pasta back into the skillet and stir until coated in sauce. Garnish and Serve.
