Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 350 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Grains Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more to serve


    • First, cook the pasta in salted water, bring to boil until al dente.
    • Coat the shrimp with 1 tbsp of Grains cajun seasoning.
    • Heat one tbsp oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp and saute for a couple of minutes per side, or until the shrimp is no longer translucent.
    • Remove the shrimps from the skillet and cover it.
    • In the same skillet, melt the butter with the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
    • Pour in the cooking cream, add 1 tbsp cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese.
    • Bring to a simmer then reduce the heat and continue 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
    • Add the shrimp and pasta back into the skillet and stir until coated in sauce. Garnish and Serve.
