  • Preheat oven to 180°C and make sure to bring the steak to room temperature.
  • Season both sides generously with olive oil and Grains Steak Seasoning.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak and cook for about 5 minutes until seared, flip over and add the butter.
  • Sprinkle Grains Italian Seasoning over the butter to melt together and baste with the herb butter for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook up to your liking. 
  • Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
