Ingredients
- Tenderloin beef filets (approximately 2 inches thick)
- 2–3 tbsp. butter
- Grains Steak Seasoning to taste
- Grains Italian Seasoning to taste
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and make sure to bring the steak to room temperature.
- Season both sides generously with olive oil and Grains Steak Seasoning.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steak and cook for about 5 minutes until seared, flip over and add the butter.
- Sprinkle Grains Italian Seasoning over the butter to melt together and baste with the herb butter for another 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook up to your liking.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
